This Navajo rug handwoven in the Southwest United States during the second quarter of the 20th century.
It features a eye dazzling design composed of red, gray and brown diamonds atop an ivory ground. Nicely finished with horizontal red and brown stripes on both ends.
In very good condition, signs of wear consistent with age. Flatwoven, with an airy handle.
